Spin-off creation
Ever since 1991, when we co-founded the biotech company Holland Biomaterials group BV, we have been unable to resist from time to time the temptation to start a new company ourselves. 
Besides this first one, we have so far created 3 new ventures, two of them led and co-founded by B&W consultants who turned into start-up CEOs.
In total, the value cap of the companies we created from scratch can be estimated at some 10 million euros. We know that’s small fry if you’re a multinational; however if you are a consultancy firm of less than 20 employees, it can make you feel proud.
